In the context of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, I had the opportunity to conceptualize an image campaign for the Oldenburg International Film Festival. The briefing was clear: the campaign had to stand out amidst the noise. It needed to cut through the polished surfaces and reflect the raw, grungy spirit that defines Oldenburg — bold, edgy, and unapologetic. The theme: Addiction. Because this festival runs through our veins and will make you want to come back. The campaign was printed across all six Cannes Daily editions of The Hollywood Reporter — debuting on the cover on day one, followed by full-page features in the subsequent issues in the order down below. Ending with the must-be-included festival mascot, the cat Lily.
